Mia Meets Lucifer Morningstar
“Crisis” had so many crossovers and cameos, it even found time for the Devil himself! Tom Ellis dropped by to reprise his role as Lucifer Morningstar from the Fox/Netflix show in “Part 3”, revealing himself to be an old acquaintance of John Constantine.
The Death Of The Flash (Earth-90)
John Wesley Shipp returned as his original DC character, the Flash of Earth-90, in 2018’s “Elseworlds” and in “Crisis” he got to send off the hero in style, with this Barry Allen sacrificing himself to stop the Anti-Monitor’s anti-matter wave.
The Flash Of Two Mediums
Now this was something we really were not expecting. The Arrowverse actually managed to pull off a crossover with the actual DCEU! Ezra Miller dropped by as his cinematic version of the Flash, encountering Grant Gustin’s iteration in the Speed Force.
Closing Cameos
After the multiverse had been rebooted, a second cameo-filled montage showed us that the worlds of the other franchises are now safe and sound again. Including a sneak-peek at the upcoming Stargirl and Green Lantern TV series! The standout, though, has to be Routh recreating the ending to 1978’s Superman: The Movie.
Dawn of Justice
And, then, as one final gift to the fans “Crisis” ended with the formation of the Justice League! Ok, so they don’t actually say the team name, but it’s clear that’s what this union of seven heroes – Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, Superman, Black Lightning, White Canary and Martian Manhunter – represents. And, hey, look it’s Gleek the monkey from Super Friends! Wonder Twins, where are you?
