Reverse-Flash
The Flash’s greatest enemy the Reverse-Flash has a suit that reflects his evil nature. Along with his penchant for glowing red eyes, his lightning emblem is literally the reverse from Barry’s. Another nice touch is the black colouring around the midriff.
Kid Flash

Wally West’s costume as Kid Flash is one of the most faithful lifts from the comics yet on the show. As well as keeping his open-topped hood and the two-tone colour scheme, there is a racing driver feel to it that reflects Wally’s interests.
Jay Garrick

The real Jay Garrick sports a much better look than fake Jay. The deep red and blue of his costume is brighter than Barry’s outfit and the golden lightning bolt looks great. John Wesley Shipp even rocks the helmet better than Teddy Sears.
Zoom

Zoom’s suit is very simple – he’s just The Flash but black. The key to why he is visually so effective are in the smaller details. Apart from the eerie blue lightning that always surrounds him, he has a Hannibal Lecter mouth and creepy black eyes.
The Flash

It’s hard to top The Flash’s suit, though. The show did a great job reinventing the look from the comics to fit the show, changing the texture of the suit and adding some new detailing. It would be nice for them to red it up a bit in future, but it still looks awesome as it is.
