Mr Freeze – Batman & Robin
Yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mr Freeze is a terrible take on a layered, fascinating villain. He is, however, a whole lot more memorable than any of the previous baddies we have mentioned.

Lee Meriwether is purr-fectly acceptable as Catwoman in 1966’s Batman: The Movie but she isn’t as good as the two actresses from the TV show: Julie Newmar and Eartha Kitt.
Riddler (Jim Carrey) – Batman Forever

Jim Carrey ramped up his usual crazy schtick up to 100 when playing Edward Nygma. How much you like the character, then, will depend on your personal feelings towards the actor.
